The Irish Writers' Centre has announced their autumn courses for 2013 here. The Centre is located on Parnell Square, Dublin, and is involved in lots of different writing based initiatives.
I was given the opportunity to read one of my stories to an audience there once because of The Lonely Voice Short Story Competition. It was a lovely space to read in. Lots of winning stories from that competition are still available to read at the website here.
There are a wide range of courses on offer at the Irish Writers' Centre by experienced tutor writers. Some are on weekdays across 6-10 weeks, which is awkward definitely for those of us in the North West, but there are weekend courses too. The centre also has an email newsletter service you can subscribe to for news about its various activities and events.
